Palmira Garden Hotel and SPA

Very new and modern hotel in 20 minutes from Moscow, in South direction. Well equipped with spa facilities. Nice spa and massage menu. Not cheap.

Hotel is very clean. Reception staff, housekeeping staff, recreation staff, and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Yana at the kids area is amazing and she does great work to entertain the kids. Breakfast is really good with many variety of food. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are clean. I recommend this hotel.

Terrible sagging mattresses: a double bed assembled from single sagging bunks of different heights (just something). The neighbors multiplying at night as if they were right next to you - very poor sound insulation. You can't open the window: either someone is smoking under the windows, or there are drinking and partying. We returned from the competition and planned a week of rest and recovery, believing the description and service, but instead - noise all week from drinking, partying, and parties. People in bathrobes of not the most attractive appearance walking around the entire territory - a separate local "attraction". Low rating for the equipment of the room due to the bad bed. Good quality of cleaning in the room itself. In the corridors, we repeatedly came across plates with bones - an unpleasant sight.
