Palmotta Palace 4

We had an amazing stay in Palmotta Palace in Dubrovnik. Location was perfect! Our apartment was clean and spacious with a fridge, safe, robes and slippers, coffee maker, and an air conditioner that was essential on a hot summer day. The staff was very friendly and the security system was top notch. Breakfast at the nearby Dalmantino restaurant was included with our stay and was delicious! Of note - our room was on the third floor so there were a lot of steps which was not a problem for us but just be aware!

We spent two nights here this week in the top-floor suite. While it was quite a climb, it was absolutely worth it. The suite was beautiful, spotless, and wonderfully air-conditioned. It also had a refrigerator and a table perfect for playing games. The location was incredible, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend this place to family and friends. Don’t believe the negative reviews — this stay was fantastic.

Possibly the worst accommodation we had the "pleasure" in staying. We stayed in apartment 1, and our whole stay our apartment was infested with huge roaches. Coming from every hole and crevice, landing on you in your sleep. Let management know, offered to move us 25 minutes away, but we paid a premium price to stay in the Old Town in Dubrovnik. We found 15 dead roaches and at the moment I'm writing this review, I'm staring at the ceiling where I can see 3 more making their way towards our bed. Called reception and were greeted with the rudest people ever. Safe to say we will never return here or recommend this place to anybody.
