Good location one day party. Food you want to carry here. Other wise they provide you but charges different. We booked villa here. Quite location. For villa they give deposit. And not give you refund. They said something you damaged property or any. So care full when you go here.

Reviewing a hotel that is in shambles, that looked so great in the pics on OYO website, is a diificult a task, because deceptiveness of pics and negative features of the hotel gets overweighed by the good service and courteous behavior of the hotel staff, saving the reputation of the hotel and OYO as well. Travelled from USA to Mumbai and stayed at this hotel for 4 days.I booked it through OYO. Itis listed as Capital O 44162 , Royal palms hotel, Rose collection on their website, I saw the beautiful pics and the bathtub was a plus point, because most hotels in India don't have a bathtub, went ahead and booked it. After a 24 hrs flight and with a tired lower back and legs, I reached early morning to the hotel, the staff was courteous. They gave me early check-in as per their hotel policies.Till now everything was going perfectly well. When they were taking me to my room, the picture started becoming more clearer. The Hotel was in shambles.Right from the lift to every place my eyes could see, the place was speaking about its past grandeur which had now faded, and there was broken walls, chairs with ripped off leather, the plaster of the ceiling, falling off at places and water leaking through the floors. I walked through all this to my room. Everything looked good inside the room.I tipped the waiter, locked the door and lied on the bed to take a nap. The bed looked like a single KIng size from the outside, covered with a bed sheet and comforter provided which was half the size. The moment I laid my back on the mattress, I felt wooden frame poking me. i removed the bed sheet to see what was underneath. They had joined two full bed to make it look like a King bed. See the pics. Next is the bathtub story. I had hoped to soak in hot water and remove my tiredness after the long trip. But to my dismay, the bathtub didn't have a faucet!!!. I called the staff, and they said that the entire hotel has no water connection for bathtub. The water works only for standing shower. Beware of the deceptive pics in OYO. Bathtub with no water !!! I asked them to change my room. They didn't have any.I spend the whole night on the bed whose wooden frame in the middle hurted and made my backpain worst. After lots of complain to OYO and the hotel staff, one of the managers, took it seriously and they changed my room. The room they offered was good, as I got a single bed and better chair in the room. The bathtub still didn't have water.Anyways, rest of the two days were good. The staff and the Manager were very good. They listened to my problems and tried to give me the best from whatever they could serve from the hotel in dilapidated conditons.
