Palms Place Hotel and Spa

We were pleasantly blown away by our stay at The Palms in Las Vegas! We honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the suite we received for the price we paid was beyond anything we imagined absolute luxury at an unbelievable value! The bedroom featured an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The living area came with a massive sofa and not one, but two flat-screen TVs – perfect for relaxing in style after a long day (or night!) in Vegas. What really stood out was how spotlessly clean everything was. You could see and feel that great care was taken in maintaining the rooms to a high standard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. If you're heading to Las Vegas and looking for comfort, style, and value all in one place The Palms is the way to go. We'll absolutely be coming back!

Got off to a really bad start, arriving just after 8 pm after a hot, sweaty 3-day camping trip. Desperate for a shower, a beer and a good hot meal. Restaurant closes at 8, OK I guess, but no room service either. Really? An allegedly 4 star hotel in Vegas doesn't have a food option at 8.30 pm? Nuts! Then we couldn't get hot water in the shower. Turns out that every time we showered, we had to run it on full flow for 6 to 8 minutes before any hot water appeared. So wasteful in this very dry city. On the upside, it was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The pool was pleasant. The kitchenette was a good idea, though it took us a couple of days to find the card advising us that cutlery etc needed requesting from staff. Odd to hide that note in a cupboard. Palms Place redeemed itself somewhat during our stay, but with a little effort it could have been so much nicer.

Our family of three booked a room at Palms Place via StripViewSuites. Our stay was fine until I checked my credit card statement. I contacted the hotel to see why I was charged. They said that it was due to a stain on the comforter and that a picture was sent to my host. They recommended to contact my host (StripViewSuites). After contacting StripViewSuites, they forwarded the picture of the stained comforter. I reviewed the picture with my family. The stain looked like it was a blood from someone’s menstruation. Nobody in our family was bleeding. No food or drinks even came close to the bed. The picture that was forwarded to me was not even taken our room. Also, the housekeeper knocked on our door at 11:00 am just as we were walking out. The picture that was sent to me was taken at 3:05 pm. Four hours had passed before they took the picture? Never will we stay here again.
