An unforgettable holiday! We had the most amazing time - truly faultless from start to finish. The service was exceptional, with staff always happy to help. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was a great size, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. We also explored the nearby beach and had a blast at the aqua park - both were fantastic and only a 5min walk away. Our daughter has a nut allergy, and we were so impressed with how well it was handled. Guest Relations provided a helpful allergy card to show at mealtimes, and in the buffet, chefs were more than happy to prepare anything she needed. The buffet food itself was excellent! We also dined at the Med Kitchen, which was lovely, but the Beach Club was our favorite - the food there was absolutely incredible! And finally, the entertainment… we were blown away. The shows were on another level - truly spectacular! We’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Paloma Finesse! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the beach was absolutely stunning – clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. The interior throughout the hotel is modern, stylish, and welcoming, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the relaxing vibe and high-quality service. If there’s one thing we’d suggest, it would be to have entertainment every night rather than every other night, and to keep the pool and water park open a bit later than 6 PM, as it felt like the fun ended a bit too early. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
Last night at the hotel! Overall, it’s been a really good trip. The evening entertainment has been top-tier—genuinely some of the best I’ve seen. Drinks? A bit limited. The rosé is a disaster, the wine’s not far behind, but the beers do the job. The pool is lovely—great temperature, almost suspiciously warm in the afternoons (do they heat it in summer?). Loads of sunbeds, and the kids’ club was decent… until the kids got bored and staged a mini-mutiny. The beach isn’t super sandy, but it’s really nice. A bit rough, but our 5- and 7-year-olds managed just fine. Plenty of space and stuff to do for both kids and adults—we were a group of 13 or so, and it worked well for us. Now, the food… The main buffet is okay. But the “special” restaurants? A total flop. You only get one or two bookings per stay, and honestly, don’t bother. One of our group waited 2.5 hours for a main course. Service was horrendous, and Guest Relations basically shrugged and wandered off. Also, my wife lost her diamond bracelet and tried to report it for insurance—Guest Relations just stared blankly like we’d asked them to explain quantum physics. So yeah, great entertainment, lovely pool, decent family vibe. But if you’re after top food and service? Maybe look elsewhere.
