Fantastic hotel with the best location ❤️❤️❤️ I had seen the photos and was quite skeptical, so I didn’t have high expectations. However, it turned out that the hotel met all my holiday needs. Fortunately, the photos were misleading – the place is absolutely lovely. The hotel rooms are spacious with an extra room/living area, which was amazing when traveling with two teenage girls. The service and staff, especially Ayhan and the cleaning lady and the receptionists, were so friendly. The pool and the size of the hotel are just what I love – not too big and not too small. If I absolutely had to criticize something, it would be that you can get a bit tired of the food after a few days. The drink prices are reasonable. All in all, a great hotel – we will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

We tried to check into the hotel yesterday at 10 PM, but they told us they couldn’t find our reservation and asked us to contact Booking.com. I had to call the UK from Turkey, which added extra charges to my phone bill. After waiting for 3 hours, they finally decided to call their manager, who then informed them that they had been checking the wrong system all along. Despite the long journey we made to get there, we were kept waiting for hours with no proper help. On top of that, a staff member named Hatice placed a bottle of water on our luggage and gave us incorrect directions. She was more interested in her phone than helping us, and her attitude was completely unprofessional and unfriendly. Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

I honestly don’t understand where all the good reviews are coming from. This is my 4th time in Turkey, and I’ve never come across a hotel like this. It’s far below the standard I’ve come to expect in this country. After the change in ownership, it’s clear the hotel has gone downhill. What used to be a decent 4-star hotel now feels more like a hostel. While there are some positives, unfortunately, the negatives heavily outweigh them. Pros: • Rooms are spacious and relatively clean. • Two towels per person are provided. • Large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. • Great location – close to the center and shops. • Good base for exploring the area. • Pool is okay, and there are always free sunbeds. Cons: • Air conditioning doesn’t reach the bedrooms – extremely uncomfortable at night. • Very hot inside the hotel, and there’s a strong smell of cats in the lobby. • The hotel feels abandoned – like a ghost hotel. • Portions at dinner are tiny, almost symbolic – probably because of the small number of guests. • No drinks included with dinner – not even water. In such a hot country, not providing water is unacceptable!!!! Everything is extra and ridiculously overpriced (a cocktail costs around 1000 tl) And worst of all – you only find this out during dinner. There’s no prior information!!!!! • Staff is unfriendly, unapproachable, and clearly unmotivated. No smiles, no help – they seem to do the bare minimum. • €100 deposit required xDDDDDDDD • Room keys constantly get demagnetized – very frustrating. • The food is so poor that we ended up eating at another hotel. • Smoke everywhere – you can smell cigarettes even in the hallways.
