Pam Thermal Hotel & Clinic Spa

Definitely the best thermal hotel in the region. The food especially is absolutely spectacular with many choices and varieties. The chefs do a fine job on a wide selection of cuisines, local and foreign. The restaurant and cafe staff are quite professional and polite. The enthusiasm that the cooks have for their dishes are apperant. The waiters and their chiefs are quite attentive to your needs and served us excellently.

Rooms are really good, except our shower was over bath and hard to get in and out of. The hot springs were awesome. We had a Turkish bath and massage and was excellent! The food was varied and tasty. Wish we were staying longer than 1 night.

If you don't want your good mood during the trip to be ruined, don't choose this hotel！The security guards here have a very bad attitude. This hotel bus saw my car and quickly rushed over to block my way for ten minutes. When I asked them to move the car I was in a rush and need to go immediately, they were extremely rude and shouted at me. The hotel security guards also had a very bad attitude. Then I waited on the steps by the roadside. When the bus was about to leave, the driver deliberately honked the horn to scare me. The horn was very loud and I was standing on the steps by the roadside and did not block the car's passage. This caused me to be deliberately scared and fall ill. I told the hotel staff about this incident, but they didn't apologize at all and had a very bad attitude! It's really a very bad hotel.
