Pamana Beach Resort and Hotel is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and every corner of the resort felt like it was made with love and care. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a relaxing escape. The beach was just breathtaking: peaceful, clean, and perfect for sunset watching. We’ll never forget the kindness of everyone there and the peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Pamana, for giving us such a beautiful and heartwarming experience. We had a wonderful stay with our family! The kubo we booked was spacious and accommodated all nine of us comfortably. It was also kid, PWD, and senior-friendly, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was excellent—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and very approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. We also loved that we could grill our own food, making it a great bonding experience while enjoying fresh, delicious meals. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we would love to come back!

It seems like the staff are not happy with their job, and showed disinterest in serving guests. They charge service fees even though we personally get our food and drinks. I had an experience when the staff rolled eyes on us while ordering. There is also one time when the staff didn't apologize when they poured coffee to the floor and we got our feet drenched. They also like shouting among themselves, and letting us hear that we did something wrong so they had to adjust, despite the requests weren't that big of a deal. Poor service. If you don't want good service and rude staff--I highly recommend this place.
