Loved the location, Kata beach. Compared to Patong, this is a good location for families. We had a blast here with our 5 year old. Rooms cleanliness was a bit of a hit & miss. But the resort itself was well maintained, rooms were spacious and tidy. Amenities were almost complete. Breakfast tends to get a bit crowded towards closing time so best to go between 7-8am. No iron in the room which would have nice. But they do offer free ironing at the room besides the Lobby.

We, especially our kids, ha a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were very friendly, especially Rai, we played with our kids and even postponed her day off to have another day with our kids. We also get the late check-out on the day of our departure. The room, we had a family room, is nice and offered enough space. We had a nice decorated room because of the birthday of our daughter. The breakfast is good, they offer Thai and western food and also a kid's corner. The pool is nice, only the slides could be renovated as they have, in our opinion, too many dents where you easily can get hurt. All in all we can recommend this resort.

Nice resort, rooms are comfortable and decent size, air conditioning was good, towels replaced and beds made, rooms cleaned every day. Amazing water park/pool for adults and kids, poolside bar/food options. Only downside was location is a bit out of the way of most tourist things, plus buffet breakfast was pretty ordinary. Food was mostly bland and hot food was cold.
