Pamukkale Hotel

The staffs of the hotel are extremely hospitable and helpful during my stay. The location is great and room is very comfortable and I managed to work and rest well. I highly recommend to stay here for future travelers.

Terrible. No Wi-Fi for the entire time I was there, asked for a cheese toasty to be made, no we only make in summer. Wallpaper falling off the walls, paint dis coloured, holes in bedding sheets. Would not let a dog stay in there

I have just checked out after 10 days, where do I start, it advertised breakfast, but what it doesn't say is that it's a Turkish breakfast, the same everyday, had to eat out even though I'd paid for breakfast, I had breakfast at hotel 3 times, as for the room, very basic, I accidentally got a small bit of nail polish on a sheet, they charged us for it, the beds were disgusting when sheets removed, the room was not cleaned properly, I found dust on ledges, the toilet not the cleanest, the toilet brush was stuck to toilet holder, very disgusting, the shower, well if you call water dribbling out, it was terrible experience, the fact they don't tell you there no European breakfast, just Turkish, that you still felt dirty after a rubbish shower, the staff didn't even come and ask if we enjoyed our stay as we left, no I would not recommend this hotel, there are much nicer, friendlier hotels in the area.
