Pan Pacific Beijing

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The environment of the hotel is elegant, the rooms are clean and well-organized, and the facilities cover all my needs. A special thank you to the staff member, Daria, who was extremely professional and friendly. From the moment I checked in, she was of great help, quickly completing the check-in process and patiently explaining the hotel’s amenities as well as nearby tourist attractions. Her service attitude was impeccable, making me feel truly at home. The quality of the hotel service and Daria’s kind care made this stay a perfect experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to coming back next time!

My recent stay at the Pan Pacific Beijing was absolutely delightful, and a significant part of that was due to the truly outstanding service provided by the hotel's team, particularly by a manager named Iris. However, what truly elevated my experience was the exemplary service I received from Iris. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was her proactive assistance with a special request, her insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, or simply her genuine warmth and friendly demeanor, Iris consistently demonstrated a level of hospitality that is rare to find. She was incredibly attentive and efficient, resolving any minor queries with remarkable speed and a positive attitude. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable and made me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay.

Pan Pacific Beijing is located in Huayuan Street, Xicheng. The hotel is just within 5 minutes walking distance to Xidan commercial street. Check in and out of the hotel were quick; the staffs were generally helpful too. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast thou has room for improvement, perhaps adding more variety and more local delights. Overall, the stay was great.
