Pan Pacific Orchard

From the outside, the hotel has a futuristic appearance, combining nature and modern architecture in a very unique way. We stayed here for several nights and were informed upon arrival that we had received a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room opened directly onto the pool area, which was a fantastic surprise. Especially with the warm evenings in Singapore, relaxing on the poolside lounge chairs created a wonderfully calm and pleasant atmosphere. Depending on your booking, you may also have access to an exclusive lounge area where tea, drinks (including alcohol), and breakfast are served daily. Downstairs, you'll find a large buffet area with a livelier crowd, while upstairs offers a quieter à la carte option — we personally preferred the peaceful setting. The hotel gym is decent overall, though unfortunately the free weight machines were out of service during our stay. Still, we were very satisfied with the experience and would happily return in the future.

My girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday with the Spa-cation experience at Pan Pacific Orchard, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the warm hospitality to the attention to detail, everything was simply perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Chanel, the Spa Manager and Therapist, whose thoughtfulness and professionalism made the entire experience so special. Channel went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend had an unforgettable birthday — even arranging a surprise birthday cake that brought a huge smile to her face. Her care, warmth, and personal touch really made the day feel extra meaningful. The treatment itself — a full massage and facial — was excellent, and Channel’s expertise and calming presence were deeply appreciated. We’d also like to thank Winnie, another incredible therapist, for her attentiveness and skilled hands. The entire spa team was welcoming, professional, and truly passionate about delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel staff across the property were just as impressive — gracious, accommodating, and always smiling. The Pacific Club Lounge breakfast and high tea were beautifully presented and delicious, with great service throughout. Pan Pacific Orchard gave us a beautiful memory we’ll both cherish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and honestly, it was a really special experience. The hotel has a very unique design, you can actually recognize it from far away because it stands out in the best way. It looks different and makes you curious to see what’s inside. The greenery is everywhere, and it gives a calm, peaceful feeling. The reception is outdoors, which is something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. It felt fresh and welcoming right from the start. The staff were also incredibly friendly and warm, they really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I had a balcony with a view of the pool and lots of greenery, and it was honestly one of the best things. Just sitting there, looking at the view, made me feel relaxed and happy. The service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect, it’s right on Orchard Road, so you’re close to all the shopping malls and restaurants. Even though you’re in the middle of the city, the hotel still feels calm and peaceful inside. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great vibe, and I would definitely stay there again.
