I came to seattle after finding this hotel had special bathtubs and views of the space needle. I was not disappointed one bit. The room was so very nice and the staff made the trip extra memorable. I seriously do not want to check out and will be coming back here every chance I get. I was very nervous to book with the construction reviews going on, and yes, they are remodeling the front of the hotel so it is not visually appealing on the way in BUT I haven't been able to hear any construction since checking into my room and we are well into the next morning. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making my birthday stay here one to remember.
Had a very pleasant stay! Rooms were very clean, newly renovated and modern! But they have some renovations still occurring so if you plan on staying I'd suggest having your room be on the higher up floors since it looked like the lobby floor was mostly affected. But I will absolutely stay again ❤️ Staff very friendly and welcoming
Wow. This place takes the cake. They were NOT forthright on their website. Had I known that I'd pay over $200 a night to be directly next to construction, I'd have walked away without question. They make it seem like it's no big deal. But it's loud and miserable. Like, we couldn't just go back to our room and chill midday because it was constant noise against our wall from morning to evening. To top it off, they have a mini fridge that's totally pointless if you're sober. It's full of mostly alcohol and you can't put any of your own drinks in there, so I was just drinking lukewarm beverages the whole time. The location is good; the parking situation is odd and not well explained by them, which is whatever. All-in-all, I feel like I could've had a better experience anywhere else. I've never been at a hotel that had constant construction and I'm not sure why they didn't just go floor by floor and just not rent rooms adjacent to construction. It's very dumb. I would NOT come back here and would NOT recommend this place to anybody.
