Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road Singapore

Our stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road had a few bumps but overall was a comfortable and convenient experience (September 2024) The negatives first: the TV console had a sharp mirror edge sticking out when we arrived. It took quite a while for staff to address it, and when they finally did, they attempted to fix it inside the room using strong-smelling adhesive. We asked them to remove the broken drawer for off-site repair (he was very frustrated and said they always do it inside but i refused saying i didnt want the fumes), the drawer was never returned—so the cabinet stayed open and incomplete for the rest of our stay. About a week into our stay, our couch also broke, but this time the staff responded quickly and professionally. They replaced it with an entirely different couch that was in great condition, and the team was very friendly throughout the process. On the positive side, the breakfast was exceptional—a perfect mix of Western and Asian dishes. The chef and wait staff were always warm, attentive, and made every morning a pleasant start to the day. Our room faced a large construction site, which might be a downside for some, but our toddler was absolutely thrilled watching excavators and cranes in action around the clock. The location was unbeatable—right across from Arab Street with plenty of dining, shopping, and yes, more construction. There was also a 7-Eleven just a minute away, which made quick snack runs super convenient. The room was clean and came equipped with a small kitchenette and washer/dryer, which was great for a family stay. Room service came as needed and was easy to request. We also made the most of the rooftop pool and gym, both of which offered beautiful views and a great atmosphere—we used them almost daily. Great stay- will return for sure!

From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome, seen, and cared for. Not just as guests, but as people. Over time, we’ve come to know most of the team by first name – and they know ours – which says everything about the level of personal connection and presence that defines this place. We welcomed our first daughter during our stay here, and watching her grow up in such a loving and kind environment has meant the world to us. The way the staff greeted her with the warmest smiles and open hearts each day is something we will carry with us forever. She’s known this place as her first home – and it truly has been just that. There hasn’t been a single thing missing. From the thoughtful service and immaculate facilities to the atmosphere of genuine hospitality, everything has exceeded our expectations. What stood out most, though, was the human element – the quiet support, the smiles in the hallway, the greetings at the front desk, and the way every member of the team made us feel safe, cared for, and part of something special. We will forever remember our time in Singapore in connection with this incredible home at Pan Pacific Beach Road. This place has been our anchor, our sanctuary, and a source of daily joy. Had a fantastic stay. The suites are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Jelena and Russel, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful — a great first impression! The rooftop swimming pool and gym were a real highlight. The pool offers stunning views of Marina Bay and the Singapore Flyer — perfect for a relaxing swim or just soaking in the view. No complaints whatsoever during my stay. Everything was seamless and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
