Everything about our stay at Pan Pacific was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff. Check-in was seamless and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free experience. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that had everything we needed and more. Highlights included two spacious bathrooms, an in-suite washer and dryer, and filtered water—eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. The room was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—abundant, delicious, and served by the most attentive staff. The lounge and gym facilities were also spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to relax or stay active. The location is incredibly convenient, with Pavilion Mall, Sungei Plaza, and Lot 10 all just a short walk away. With so many restaurants and activities nearby, there was never a need to go far to enjoy the city. This was our first visit to Kuala Lumpur, and Pan Pacific truly delivered.
