Perfect hotel! We had a wonderful stay with a beautiful sea view from our room. The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety and very fresh. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended if you're staying in Trabzon!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Panagia Premier Trabzon truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being welcomed by family. The room cleanliness was impeccable, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the view breathtaking – overlooking the sea and city in a way that made every morning feel magical. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse, offering something for every taste, and everything was fresh and well-presented. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is its amazing staff, especially the reception team. I want to give special thanks and heartfelt appreciation to: • Mr. Gökmen: Always smiling, exceptionally professional, and incredibly helpful. He assisted us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality made us feel like honored guests. • Ms. Burçin: A true gem! Kind, polite, and attentive to every detail. Her presence at the reception brings a sense of warmth and peace. She was always ready to help with grace and professionalism. The quality of service, combined with the genuine care from the staff, made this stay truly unforgettable. I sincerely thank the hotel management for choosing such a wonderful team. One of the best hotels in the Black Sea Region. From the professional receptionists and staff to the delicious foods at the restaurant with a mesmerizing view of the Black Sea, especially at the sunset, to the very clean and comfortable rooms. Strongly recommended without any doubts.
