Panama Nha Trang Hotel

I had an amazing stay at Panama Hotel Nha Trang! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the view from the hotel was stunning. The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly and attentive. I was completely satisfied with my experience and would love to stay here again the next time I visit Nha Trang!

The hotel is really very nice. The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. One criticism is the bathroom. You have to shower in the bathtub. As I had a small accident shortly before the holiday and had difficulty walking and standing, it was a bit difficult, but it worked. The breakfast buffet is very large and plentiful and everything is very tasty. The swimming pool is on the 30th floor and you have a good view of the beach. There is also a small pool bar. You have to pay a deposit of 50 US $ or 50 € when you check in. It is therefore advisable to take photos of everything in the room after checking in to document it. At check out they were missing a tea spoon and were asked twice where we had put it. However, there was only one spoon in our room, which they believed and returned the 50 US $ deposit. A really good hotel with very nice staff.

Great stay, Beach front, nice pool Interestingly, they seem to save electricity fee, only giving one room key, so cannot turn on air conditioners or charge any electric devices while out. Quite a few molds in washroom. Bad communication can happen, asked if I can order Ice Bucket 6AM, they said yes but when I called in the morning, they said I had wait till 7AM. Great WiFi though. Great breakfast.
