Panda Hotel is an exceptional place to stay, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury. The service is outstanding, with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire, just to remind the bathroom has no bidet 😇. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with excellent dining options and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring the area, making it easy to immerse yourself in local attractions. Overall, my experience at Panda Hotel was truly five-star, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful getaway.
Nice rooms in a good location in Hong Kong. Very nice view from the 21st floor. Unfortunately thhbroom didn't come with breakfast. It has a lot of shops downstairs so you can buy whatever you like. Also nearby it has a lot of shops to eat and drink coffee as well like pizza hut, Starbucks ad a lot if traditional restaurants.
The check in process was good and the manager guy who checked me in was friendly and professional. However, the younger guy who was wearing a mask at the concierge desk and Allison at the priority desk had a very short fuse with limited patience with customers. You two are in the hospitality business and that means customers pay you to be nice to them. If you can't do this simple task then you should consider changing careers.
