We had two nights here in June and we could easily have stayed longer. It’s extremely clean with really comfortable beds & spacious bedrooms, 2 identical bathrooms, extremely clean, modern with good showers, great air-con for each room. This apartment is situated in a quiet convenient place as it’s very close to walk into the old city which is a lovely place to explore. We were lucky to find a free car space in the street on the junction next to the accommodation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for anyone and would definitely return if we go to Matera again. Nice welcome pack with water, juices, ham, bread & yoghurt plus a mountain of prepackaged croissants and cake items etc for snacks if they are desired. There are washing up cloths, liquids etc if required. Please visit caffe Lanfranchi if you want the best coffee and fresh croissants for breakfast. Amazing value too.

I spent 2 nights in this apartment in Matera, it is practically perfect! Impeccable cleanliness, it has all the comforts you could need. The owner is kind and punctual, he left all the goodies for our breakfast! A few minutes from the Sassi area. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, fully equipped apartment, great location. The old town is just 5 minutes walking from it as well as common facilities (markets, shops, etc.). The accommodation also includes a breakfast, although it's more on the sweet side, more Italian I would say; do not expect continental breakfast (e.g. ham, eggs, cheese, etc.) or you would get disappointed. Many little details make the stay quite comfortable, I would recommended and book it again.
