Good Hotel, looks like it’s an old establishment, but still will maintain at least for the room that I’m staying. The room is big and spacious, with comfortable mattress and pillows, sizable bathroom, and good amenities. It doesn’t look too fancy but it’s big and it’s nice, with clean carpet in good breakfast. The pool is really good and big. It has gym with many equipments and big studio for yoga and aerobics. It’s not too crowded so it’s good. Breakfast is nice and quiet varieties. It has many choices of food like Indonesians, Western, and Oriental. It has big parking lot and it is also accessible and disability friendly ♿️✅. The location is very strategic, in the center of the city of Pekanbaru. It has big restaurant and surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, Durian stall and souvenir shops as well. Strictly no durian in the hotel 👍

One of the old hotels in Pekanbaru, located strategically in the city center. It has meeting facilities and business centers as well as big ballroom and it also has big pool and the gym facilities that is also offering membership. I came here for business trip and so far enjoying the stay. I just had a little complaint about the bad odour I smelled while arriving on the 6th floor. But then the staff was swiftly addressing the issue and the bad smell was gone. The room is spacious, mattress is okay. The carpet in my room is clean. The room has basic amenities, including the bathroom. It has praying mat or sajadah in the room and qibla sign. The pool is big and the breakfast is not bad at all. You can have Indonesian food, as well as oriental and western food as well. The restaurant is big with spacious dining area, with high chairs for the kids. The pool is big and it has pools for adults and the kids. The gym is available in the nearby area. The hotel is also accessible ♿️✅. There are flat surfaces and ramps.

The shower water is very dirty, yellow and cloudy and smells like it is polluted. The water heater has almost no hot water. I feel very disappointed.
