My memory
One of the worst experiance. Next time i should read reviews before booking :) I cant say that there is hotel, its more flat with few rooms… When i booked it they didnt send comfirmation voucher, i asked it few times to send it me, but they sayed that dont have such service like sending comfirmation vouchers… but when i came to hotel they asked me some booking document, because they didnt saw my name… 30min i called to hotel managent and trying to find my reservation. Wery small rooms with no fan, no air… They using ozone generator in rooms before checkin and dont doing fan… it very bad for health. Very low quality cleening. There working just one women, she is doing everything, administrator, cleaner and etc… Terrible place… she is very nice, kind and helpfull but she cant work like Administrator, she dont speak fluently russian, dont speak english, dont have skills for admin. Very good wifi, dont need vpn to use foreign apps. Also good location, because downstairs is shoping mall and another entertainment places.
