Great stay, highly recommended! The staff was friendly, room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, Breakfast had a great variety. This hotel also has great facilities like pool and jacuzzi, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a decent time in this hotel. Spa facility was not cold, actually quite opposite. It was warmer that I would like. The food was decent at best, and the balcony door in our room was not working. Some of the staff members were quite nice, some not so much but overall it was not the worst experience. Is it worth the price? Absolutely not. But if you want to ride 20km to the top of the mountain, it is definitely a unique experience.

The reception service was highly disappointing, marked by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. Guest complaints regarding critical issues such as the lack of hot water, inadequate cleanliness, non-functional cable TV, and unclear explanations were met with indifference and rudeness. For instance, inquiries about massage services were postponed until the final day, only to be informed that no staff were available to provide the service. This lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality standards reflects a serious need for improvement in guest relations and operational efficiency.
