Panorama Hotel St Helens

The location of this Hotel is fantastic. There's a wonderful (and huge) deck outside the Restaurant and Bar - a really relaxing place to sit and take in the amazing water views, as well as the view of the Town. The staff and service were wonderful, as were the meals and drink options. The Rooms have been renovated apart from the Bathrooms and although the existing ones are still clean and functional, the good news is that work has started on renovating all of those too, which is great news. Rooms were well serviced on a daily basis. There are two or three large indoor lounge areas, which are great places to relax in the cooler months. The Fireplace in the main Restaurant was wonderful. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at The Panorama Hotel. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the views from both our room and the restaurant were absolutely beautiful. We even spotted swans and pelicans from our balcony, which was such a lovely surprise. We enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant both nights. The food was delicious, especially the seafood platter and crayfish. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Jefferson for his exceptional service. It was my husbands birthday so he organised a candle to be put in his apple pie dessert and even sang happy birthday to him when he delivered it to the table. This made the night extra special since we were celebrating while on holidays and were missing our family. 🤗

The accommodation was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. A top class facility. Amazingly spacious and comfortable shared areas and our King/Water View room was spacious and comfortable. Although dated the bathroom was totally functional and I believe renovations are being planned. The view from our room was sensational. Location of hotel very close to an excellent and varied shopping centre. Nearly galleries/cafes/supermarket are excellent. We will definitely stay again.
