I had a fantastic stay at the Panorama Hotel in Bergen and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent — the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel offers a beautiful spa area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The beds, in particular, were exceptionally cozy — I slept like a dream every night. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Whether from the room or the common areas, the panoramic scenery of the fjord and surrounding nature was simply unforgettable. The breakfast was also a big plus: varied, fresh, and delicious — a great start to the day. Overall, the Panorama Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic stay with great amenities and outstanding service, this is the place to be.

Do not trust the reviews. They have been spamming me (and I assume other people in Telegram) through a Turkish phone number to give people $5 for every 5 star review. Edit: This is not a false claim. If you're using a marketing agency, you should do your due diligence on how they promote your business. If it is a bot just using your restaurant to scam people, it's unfortunate, and I feel sorry for you guys. Edit 2: The associated telegram account from which I received the message seems to have now been deleted, and it's likely that it was a scam using your name. I've updated the review.

Very bad experience! Far from Bergen, no fast transport, not good for relaxation. Staff (Joar and Phoebe) tried to extort money, refused to call police, and forced me to leave without refund. Avoid this hotel!
