Panorama Lisi Grand Hotel

It's one of the best 5-star hotels in Tbilisi . Classic style air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Very beautiful view from the mountains over Tbilisi. The recreation center is very nice with a big swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, and fitness center. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is near Lisi Lake and far from the center. Price $$ Today: the breakfast buffet was very nice, and they made anything you wish.

We stayed at Lisi Panorama starting May 22nd and had a fantastic experience. The room was ready on arrival, very clean, and well-equipped. Andrea at the reception was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. He delivered our bags to the room, explained the meal timings clearly, and was quick to assist when we had a hot water issue—it just needed a bit of time to come through. Dinner was a highlight. The food was well-cooked, beautifully presented, and very generous in portion. The staff, though not fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. One evening, we brought wine from a supermarket after the restaurant had closed, and Andrea brought us a bottle opener within minutes—excellent service! The views from Lisi Panorama are amazing, and while it’s slightly outside the city, the peaceful atmosphere and great service make it a perfect stay. Big thanks to Andrea and Levan—you made our visit special! Also, sorry we didn’t catch the names of the restaurant staff—the lovely lady who took our order in the evening (she seemed like a supervisor), the young boy with long hair who served us, and the girls who were working during breakfast. Each of them added to our great experience with their kindness and care.

The rooms are clean and spacious with nice view. Nice and comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The employees are friendly and try their best to help especially Leven and Goerge. They were so polite and professional with good English skills. However, there is drainage sewer smell in the bathroom that sometimes comes to the room. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom which cause splash and no fan to dry the floor in the bathroom. One day we had very nice warm water in the shower and the other day the water was so cold. يوجد به شطاف The telephone in our room had issues. One day it worked and the other day didn’t, so we had to go downstairs to speak to the receptionists. Breakfast is fresh. However, the employees in the breakfast area don’t speak English and not as friendly. They don’t refill the dishes with bread, cheese, etc.. unless you tell them to do so. Even when the coffee finished, they didn’t pay attention. People started to tell them to refill. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from all the attractions. Sometimes with the crowd it will reach to 40 minutes away driving. This is the worst part of it. At evening, when you go back to your hotel and you want to go out again for a walk or dinner, there is nothing close by. You will just stay in your room, go to the gym or sit in your balcony if your room has one. I recommend staying in the center, so you can enjoy every moment in times when you don’t have a car or a driver all day.
