Far from the beach, the inclusive beach service with free shuttle isn’t worth it since the beach is so terrible, crowded, and next to boats which is dangerous. All inclusive buffet is outdated, disgusting and sickening, food is just bland, and would rather eat out elsewhere tbh. Rooms are the best part, (get the luxury rooms even if it’s a bit pricey trust me it’s worth it). Swimming pool is quite good and the poolside bare also satisfactory. Overall a meady stay.

The hotel was so much smaller than what was promised, rooms were nothing like the photos, they were dirty,so old furniture and broken bathtub the ac in the room was so old and the ac doesn't work in the restaurant or the lobby, the hotel wasn't clean and it had bugs in the Rooms. The pools are very dirty a lot of trash in there there is barley one life guard in the acua park barley any safety, room service wasn't the best we had to call them like four times to get some towels and asked for water that never showed up .we were promised a very good view but what we got was a view of the pavement . Worst trip ever

Complaint about Poor Hotel Service To whom it may concern, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The service was very poor, the staff were unprofessional—especially the restaurant manager, who was always unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. Also, the drinks were of low quality; for example, the Pepsi tasted like sugary water. This experience was very disappointing and far below expected standards
