The Panorama Hotel is decent, nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is pretty affordable for the location. One thing to note: there’s an extra fee to use the rooftop pool, even for guests, but it’s a small charge and the view is definitely worth it. Overall, a solid choice if you want convenience and a relaxing spot to unwind. I’d consider staying here again.

The position is great - near the beach at the center of city. The view from the room is extraordinary. But the service and the room is terrible. There are no guides or any 9instructions during the stay. The room card had error but there is no help, i had spent lots of time to come to my room. The room had strange odour. The first time to come here and this was the last time.

Pool: Only a small pool is free. You wont have access to the rooftop pool. Gym: Small, busy, insufficient. Internet: Only for mobile phones. Laptops can not connect. Security: There is no safe in the room. I set "Do not disturb" but someone entered my room when i was outside. Dont know if anything was taken. Elevators: Very busy and slow. Half dont work. Everytime, leaving your room takes 15 minutes. Going back to your room takes another 15 minutes. Staff: They treat you very bad so you dont ask for anything. They act like prison guards. Noise: The rooftop club makes noise every night. as a Hotel: This is not a hotel. Reception cant help you with anything. Renters are private individuals. as an Apartment: Not for long stays. Not equiped like an airbnb. It is just an empty room like a cheap hotel. Fridge: Small hotel minibar, does not cool at all. A few beers stayed 4 days in the fridge but they were still warm. Towel: Cheap and smelly towels. They refused to leave 2 spare towels in my room. No beach towels. Sheets: Sheets and duvets are all ripped and old. Some have stains. Photos: Photos are fake, you ll get a random room.
