My English is not good enough to describe how this hotel is bad. This place should not even be called a hotel it is just serviced apartments with zero real hotel services. There is no proper cleaning, no soundproofing (you can hear everything), and the building is overcrowded beyond reason. Using the elevator feels like a nightmare; sometimes I waited 10+ minutes just to go up or down because of the massive crowd inside the building. I really do not understand how this place is rated as five stars on Booking. We were never told it was only apartments, not a real hotel. Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced.
