The apartment is perfect, everything you need is available. The view is amazing, and Mr. Salih, the owner, is a very kind person. We received a warm welcome from him and his family, and he provided us with all the help we needed. I truly recommend this place!
We happened upon Panorama Travnik last minute as we were on a motorcycle road trip (we rarely plan ahead). It was 5pm when I rang the bell hoping for a room, when out comes Saleh, with a friendly greeting and welcomed us in. As it was mid-week we had our choice of rooms, so obviously picked the room with the best balcony and view! The apartment was very clean and tidy ready for our use, with all the amenities that you expect, even providing a secure garage for our motorcycle. Thank you Saleh, you were a lovely host.
Travnik is a city full of charm, and my stay there was made special by meeting Mr. Salih, the owner of the Panorama Hotel. This hotel, situated in an excellent location, offers a spectacular view of the entire city, which further enhances the visitor's experience. Salih is someone who truly knows how to host. His attention to detail and care for guests are exceptional. No matter what I needed, Salih was there to help – whether it was providing advice on the best tourist spots, recommending great restaurants, or even organizing free parking. His generosity was particularly evident when he served traditional Bosnian coffee with local sweets, making my stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Panorama exemplifies cleanliness and comfort. Equipped with all the necessary modern amenities, from air conditioning to kitchen supplies, the hotel offers everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is fully stocked, providing all essential toiletries. I recommend Hotel Panorama to all visitors to Travnik. Thanks to Salih's warmth and dedication, every guest will feel at home. I am already planning my next visit to Bosnia, where I will undoubtedly stay with Salih at the Panorama Hotel again. His hospitality and kindness have left an indelible mark on me.
