Wow, what a place... the hotel has 3 differents parts of facilities. From older to super new.. this mix is amazing... we felt us very comfortable, super family friendly, the staff is very humble and helpful. You get everything, the food is so tasty as you can see and in the morning you have a buffet, top! The same in the evening for salad. The spa area is so nice, you can book massages and cosmetics things. Actually from everywhere you have such a beautiful view to the mountains. Unfortunately we had no luck with the weather, but we had perfect days in this hotel. The ski area is 5 minutes away by walk. :)
We had an amazing stay at hotel Watles. The service, the food, the room, everything was great. We are looking forward to come back!
The restaurant staff and chefs were brilliant. They accommodated our JAIN dietary requirement (no meat, fish, eggs, gelatin, mushrooms, root vegetables (onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots etc). The facilities were brilliant, with indoor swimming pool, play room for kids. Staff also communicated brilliantly in English as we didn't have german/italian.
