Panoramic Colibita

I went today with my family, and to be honest the best place and view. The service and food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Catalina she is the best one , she know how to do her job. I recommend Complex Panoramic terraces. Thank you for everything!🥰👏

Just read most of the reviews left on the Panoramic and I find it amusing how some people gave it 5/5. We checked in room 202 which is a platinum room/apartment including personal jacuzzi. First of all the apartment itself was lovely, very clean and modern. One thing to point out I think they can improve on the room accessories including some disposable toothbrushes, lotions, shampoo, conditioner and iron to be added. There was only two hand soaps beside the sink, two shower caps, a little box including cotton buds/disposable cotton pads and a universal soap/shampoo in the shower itself, you expect more for the price you are paying. When it comes to the food which was the most disappointing part; we were expecting a lot more variety of food. We opted for dinner and breakfast included which was such a let down. Dinner started at 19:30-9:30, we went at 20:15 and when arriving there was little food left which most of it was dry and cold. Tables very close to each other making you feel very cramped. Service was alright nothing special, didn’t feel that the staff went over and beyond. In conclusion we will not be returning to this place, the money spent on the hotel isn't justified when it comes to what they have to offer. You can find better places to eat nearby at a fraction of the cost they are asking for. The cost per night are international prices but the quality and service they offer don’t match up.🙏🏻

I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you’re vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or have any specific dietary requirements. Despite a seemingly varied menu, most of the options were unavailable. To make matters worse, I was mocked for being vegetarian, an experience that left me feeling deeply unwelcome and disrespected. If you’re looking for a place that values inclusivity and offers a genuinely pleasant dining experience, I recommend looking elsewhere
