Super nice place. The staff is friendly. Especially the lady who works in the morning. She’s so genuine and down to earth. The place is decent. Good ventilation. Clean. Solid Wi-Fi. Security is also good. Away from the city center which is imperative to get some rest properly. Bolt is cheap, so I would recommend this place.
My wife stayed this property room # 23 D for two night from Nov22nd to Nov. 24th. The room are very clean and modern, receptions staffs are friendly! We will come back again next time when we visit Lisbon.
Highly not recommended. The hotel does not allow guests to stay in the lobby after checkout, even if you have a flight later that day — so don’t count on waiting there under the air conditioning. Staff were unfriendly and even rude when I politely asked to stay in the lobby (specifically the receptionist working on July 1st at 12:00). The air conditioner barely works, which is a major issue in the summer heat. Rooms are extremely basic and not worth the price. They also take a €250 deposit and only return it in the evening after checkout, so if you’re heading to the airport, you may need to chase them to get it back.
