Pansionat Plaza Essentuki Hotel

Beautiful on the outside, ordinary on the inside! Of the minuses, the hotel does not correspond to the 4* level! Outdated renovation in the rooms, they only provided 2 towels for the entire room, unpleasant bedspreads, it's time to replace them. On the plus side, friendly staff, beautiful view from the window of the central square, delicious breakfast, delicious coffee, there is a medical center where you can order a list of services. Very good location in the very center of the city!

We rested at the Plaza from 2.05.23 to 9.05.23. Overall the impressions were pleasant. Beautiful, modern interior in the hall and dining room, polite staff. Very convenient location. There is a park nearby and the railway station is seven minutes away. GREAT massage and GREAT work from the chefs. Thank you very much! Of the minuses: 1) the room was not very clean, upon arrival they found a layer of dust, the door to the bathroom was broken, there were other minor defects; 2) our window overlooked the central square and in the evenings it was very noisy, the music did not stop until midnight (please note when booking); 3) I would like a clearer schedule of procedures (by the way, we do not recommend going here for irrigation). Overall, we were pleased with the choice and are ready to recommend the hotel.

Отель оставляет достаточно приятные впечатления. Минус, конечно, отсутствие лифта. Как в современном здании не предусмотрели такой функции, не понятно. Прекрасное расположение. Качественная уборка номеров. Приветливый ресепшн. Повар, который помнит, кто любит омлет в зеленью, а кто нет. Это дорогого стоит. Правда, на кухне постоянно путали какие блюда уже вынесли, а какие нет, отказывая выносить спорные позиции. Ставлю такую низкую оценку за то, что у нас был ранний отъезд, но отель так и не возместил средства, несмотря на написанное заявление и неоднократное обращение как по телефону, так и по электронной почте. Будьте предельно осторожны при финансовых взаимоотношениях с отелем! Здесь проще заказать номер на более короткий срок и потом доплатить за продление (даже в сезон там было полупусто), чем просить возместить ранний отъезд, который произошел по объективным причинам.
