Pantanal Park Hotel

We attempted to stay here in December 25th 2020. The miles long mud route to the hotel was not suitable for any rental car, but we did it somehow (it was dry season). Other reviews say that this place is abandoned and we can confirm it with the pictures we took. As i’m writing, i’m trying to find a solution with hotels.com, as they reached the hotel and they kept saying it is open. So clearly, a scam. You can contact the owner at +5518997232382, who does not speak English and keeps saying he does not have any relationship with hotels.com

We attempted to stay here in March. The miles long mud route to the hotel was impassable for our rental car. Apparently you can book a boat to get there, in advance, but we booked the same day. We tried contacting this place via whatsapp, telephone, email, and facebook. No answer. Other reviews say that this place is abandoned. Took me 5 hours of phone calls to orbitz to get a refund. Dont make the same mistake we did. Spent the entire day in the car wasting gas for nothing.

O que tenho a dizer desse hotel ! Não acredite nessas fotos, foram tiradas a muito tempo . Hotel parece estar abandonado, tínhamos uma reserva para o dia 24/10 e não conseguimos ficar, um hotel no meio do nada completamente vazio. Sem recepção, completamente diferente das fotos. Andamos mais 1200km e perdemos nossas férias em irmãos... uma verdadeira lástima, ficamos tão chateados e voltamos na mesma hora para nossa casa e perdemos as férias no Pantanal .. O único ponto favorável foi o funcionário Percival que nos atendeu com muita educação e presteza.. E para piorar as coisas nos buscaram nas margens do rio em uma canoa de borda baixa (4 homens) mais o funcionários e na volta foi pior que vieram todas as bagagens com a gente na canoa.
