Stay away from this hotel. Not a great experience, very dated and room facilities such as the fridge looked very dirty. Toilet door due to be changed. Look at the pictures. Location is not good. We went for dinner one day and the person in charge of the kitchen told us that he only had a specific menu as he was preparing it for a group of 20 people and nothing from the a la carte menu was available as he was busy! Very dissapointed. I am sure it was a good hotel at some point in the past. Right now, just not nice.

This is a terrible hotel. Please avoid it at all costs. The breakfast tastes like it's made for a dog; the powdered eggs are green and the coffee is gritty with an unappetizing flavor and color. The supper is disgusting with not enough food. There is blood on the bedsheets and the windows do not work properly nor do the showers. The doors don't close all the way, and many beds broke just by sitting on them. There was a loud alarm that went off in the very early hours of the morning and the power stopped working. Nothing was said to the people in the hotel when this occurred. The employees are rude and stubborn. They wouldn't allow outside food to be delivered to the floor lobby and made our food delivery driver wait outside. The only plus was that there is a store nearby but other than that, there really is nothing within walking distance. I felt like I was in an American parking lot. Avoid this hotel especially in a group setting, because they will disappoint you. Went with an EF tour. Do better Papillo Hotel Roma and EF tours.
