Really enjoyed our stay, comfortable bed and the shower was amazing! The big tavern was great food was amazing! Only downside we had lots of ants but definitely would stay here again

Excellent location and positioning. Nice and modern with very comfortable pillows and bed. Clean. The bath towels were huge and fluffy and soft. Bath 10/10. Good standard. I agree with the comment about a tad too minimalist and maybe lacking some finer touches. The lack of light blocking curtains above the sliding doors is a small issue but can be annoying during the day. I will be back for sure. Great base to explore the Riverland

I recently had a booking at this establishment and needed to contact the staff with some inquiries. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional and discourteous behavior I encountered. The staff were not only rude but also made inappropriate remarks about my accent, which was both offensive and unacceptable. As an Australian born overseas, I expected to be treated with the same level of respect as any other customer. Regardless of a person’s background, every guest deserves to receive professional and courteous service, especially in a paid hospitality setting. It is disheartening that such biases exist, particularly when I was visiting the area for work that directly contributes to enhancing critical infrastructure for the benefit of the community. I strongly urge the management to address this matter and ensure their staff are trained to uphold professional and respectful interactions with all customers. Every individual, regardless of their origin or accent, should feel welcomed and valued when engaging with a service provider.
