Paradero Todos Santos Exclusive Experiences

Paradero was probably the coolest, most unique hotel I’ve stayed at because they think of it as being a holistic community and experience rather than a hotel. Our 4 nights there were the perfect escape and rejuvenation from daily life. Being there feels very much like a wellness retreat. The grounds and rooms are phenomenal and excellently designed. You will spend almost all the time in nature but still feel very comfortable. The staff will take care of every need whether it is planning activities like surfing, hiking, cooking, etc. They will also provide natural aloe vera if you end up with a brutal sunburn 😅 The restaurant and bar are a major highlight. We probably ate there 8 times in 4 days because the breakfast, dinner and drinks are all phenomenal. Make sure to try their rendition of the espresso martini, the cafe and cocoa. Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for a high end nature oriented retreat with a great mix of relaxation and outdoor adventure.

Truly the best of the best !!! Best food (you will have dreams about the soft shell crab taco), sweetest service, and most beautiful surroundings!! This is our second stay and this time we also did the catamaran experience on the Sea of Cortez - it is a must do and really unmatched ! I cannot wait to come back and do it again, one of the most magical places I’ve ever been !!

Overpriced with many hidden fees. Charged us 65 dollars to go 2 miles up the road plus added a parking fee for each taxi ride when all they did was pull us up to the entrance like everyone that was being dropped off. They didn’t park any where and if they consider that to be parking, 65 wasn’t enough? Booked the room and was told we would receive complimentary breakfast and that wasn’t the case. Served yogurt ice cream on French toast in the hot desert so I had to eat breakfast very fast to avoid it turning to soup plus fight off the flies. We were charged 200 more for couple massages due to taxes. This wasn’t told to us during booking so we spent almost 800 dollars on 60 min massages that we couldn’t do as a couple because they only had 1 therapist. Don’t advertise things that can’t be delivered. The rep rudely made it seem like they only had two different time slots which is why it was split up but again, we arrived on a Monday and stayed until Friday and we booked the massages right when we made it so again don’t advertise services that you can’t offer. We told the front desk what time we would be checking out and no one helped with our luggage so we had to walk through the desert with heavy luggage during check out. The food was horrible and overpriced. The site didn’t offer any snacks so we went hungry or had to purchase overpriced food if we needed a little snack. I spent 65 on ice cream and a salad one night due to not having basic stuff on site. The staff catered to and greeted influencers more than the guests. Housekeeping never came when I requested. I told them I was celebrating my birthday during the booking process because it was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and my special occasion wasn’t acknowledged the 5 days we stayed on the property.
