We visited here on our honeymoon and were greeted with an upgrade to a beachfront suite, which was amazing! It was a beautiful view and we could not have been happier. The honeymoon offer also provided us with a free bottle of prosecco in the room plus a free couple's experience. We went for the wellness experience but also decided to pay for one of the other options, which was the cooking class. This was great fun, our chef, 'Long', was really friendly and showed us how to cook a classic local dish. The restaurants are all nice, but Zest, even for a luxury hotel, was quite expensive for what it is. Overall the the staff were friendly, but sometimes it was quite difficult to get service at the bar, and staff can seem disinterested. The 'nautical club' was great, the glass bottom boat tour is really worth it if you manage to get out to the reef where we saw stingrays and turtles. Also, you can snorkel straight from the beach if you have your own gear. It can get quite busy with boats, but you can see a lot if you swim out 20 meters. Overall, a great place to spend our honeymoon and the beachfront suite made our trip.
Absolutely beautiful and spotless accommodation. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast had a huge variety and everything was delicious. The hotel offers a wide range of services, and we loved that the water sports (like water-skiing, catamaran, and SUP) were free of charge. We were also upgraded to a Junior Suite as a honeymoon surprise, which was such a lovely gesture. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Beautiful hotel, therefore the service isn’t that good compared to the prestige of the hotel (waiting a lot, especially at restaurants) even though the waiters are really kind and polite. There also is the fact that a road is going through the whole hotel right behind the rooms, where any type of cars and trucks can run arround, making a lot of noise that can wake you up at 6am… Except those two aspects, the hotel still is really amazing.
