There are better 4-star hotels out there, but this one definitely has the kind of beach I like, fine desert sand and clear, azure-blue water. However, towels will be an issue every day: they collect yours in the morning and only return fresh ones in the late afternoon. The air conditioning is weak in every room. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful — they’ve earned an extra star just for their effort. Unfortunately, it’s obvious that the owner isn’t willing to invest even the bare minimum. For example, instead of key cards, you get an old-fashioned metal key — and only one per room. Just like with the towels, a second set would make a big difference... but I’ll stop there.

Alright experience overall but won’t go again, room had an awkward design with the shower not being separate from the bedroom. Rooms were cleaned well and regularly. Reception staff weren’t helpful at all apart from one guy. Pool situation was annoying with people leaving towels to reserve seats from 6am. Food wasn’t great, it wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great. Wifi is non existent in rooms, AC was left on all the time but the room was not cold at all, we had to request a fan on top as the AC wasn’t great

Stayed for a week and unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. Pros: Great location with easy access to the beach. Nice swimming pools and some fun guest activities. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, though it got repetitive. Some staff worked very hard and kept a positive attitude despite long hours. Cons: Cleanliness was a major issue: dirty plates, cups, and cutlery were common. Cockroaches spotted in the restaurant, near the cold food section. Food was okay, but some items were clearly recycled from previous days. Staff in the restaurant often seemed rushed and rude. Rooms and bathrooms poorly maintained, with peeling paint, outdated furniture, and temporary fixes (like screws holding up shower fittings). Sewer smells in several areas of the hotel. No air conditioning despite +30°C heat — only switched on from mid-June, which made sleep very uncomfortable. WiFi very slow and unreliable. Had to constantly ask for napkins and cutlery. Crowded restaurant with many dirty tables. Overall, the hotel could be decent with serious investment in maintenance, cleanliness, and basic guest comfort. Until then, it’s not somewhere I’d return to or recommend unless you're on a strict budget. Important Safety Note – Especially for Families: Be very cautious about the horse and camel ride vendors on the beach. During our stay, one of them grabbed my 3-year-old son without asking and placed him on a horse. At first, it seemed like a kind gesture — but then they demanded money, and the situation felt quite intimidating. I paid because I feared any potential harm to my child or our family group. This was incredibly unsettling and completely inappropriate. Please keep a close eye on your children around these vendors and be aware that these actions are not always innocent or free.
