Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The campus is calm and beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The room interiors are simple yet aesthetic, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. The resort offers two great swimming pools and direct beach access, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was good, though vegetarian options were limited. However, the chef went above and beyond—after realizing the limited choices, he personally came to speak with me and even prepared special vegetarian Thai noodles without any request. Later, he checked in again and offered to make stir-fried veggies, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Room service could have been better—towels were not replaced even after being left on the floor, and water bottles were not restocked unless we requested them at the reception. Despite this, the overall experience was really good

Unfortunately, we weren’t entirely convinced by the hotel. The staff is friendly, especially the housekeeping team, and the grounds — including the beach — are cleaned and brushed every morning. However, the hotel itself is showing its age. Luckily, we had a beachfront villa with a small private garden — had we stayed in one of the rooms further back in the resort, we probably wouldn’t have stayed as long. The pool urgently needs to be renovated — we both cut our feet several times, and our son only went into the water wearing water shoes. The breakfast was tasty. We only had dinner at the restaurant once — unfortunately, the food wasn’t anything special, even though the view is fantastic. The room itself was nice, but there was a real lack of storage space. A small wardrobe (without drawers) for three people is definitely not enough. The shower is old — good water pressure and generally clean, but worn and outdated. As mentioned, the hotel is simply getting old — a real shame, as there’s so much potential!

Outdated resort and no 4 star service. Prices (>200 euro per night august) don't reflect expectations / prices. Swimming pool tiles were loose resulting in several cuts in the feet of our (and other) children. Staff is aware and plans renovations after high season but doesn't warn about this! (afraid you might cancel). When mentioning they provide water shoes as a solution - why not provide these at check-in and avoid injuries? No beach strip. From a higher level a staircase provides access to the sea directly (stepping into the water). We had numerous talks with the manager. Staff and management is friendly but taking no ownership or shows attempts to consistently improve their service (just mention everytime that they will tell housekeeping immediately). We filed a complaint with our booking agent. The resort denied the shower problem to our agent (Booking), and asked for video proof. Simultanously - while we were out - they replaced all shower heads. Of course we were happy the shower heads got replaced but this ad hoc attitude in combination of denying our complaint is not we expect of a professional four star hotel at these prices. The place has a lot of potential (their patio garden is beautiful) but screams renovation and training of management to get service levels on par. Until then, I would go elsewhere next time.
