Paradise Borjomi Hotel

Great location, service and facilities. We had a huge suite with amazing terrace and views. The best thing is the terrace and location as it is just 5 min walk from the walking part of the city but without the prices (still quite affordable) and not that many people right under the windows. The staff was very nice and helpful and facilities are all updated. Would def. recommend it.

The WiFi is horrible, in the rooms in doest seem to exist at all. The rooms have lots of space. The bathroom looks like a nursing home because why would it be soooo biggg and whiteee????? The tv didn’t work and so does its’ remote. We didn’t have any cups to make coffee in the morning but we didn’t had a kettle (weird). Speaking of which, the kettle’s cord was very short and the counter was far from the power socket so we had to improvise something in order to make a bloody coffee. A very basic thing you should have is a trashcan yet we had one tiny in the bathroom. Where are we supposed to throw the trash? Do they think we can just trash the room? Do they want us to trash the room? Because that the idea we are getting from them. In the bathroom the toilet is constantly flushing water like always non stop, it’s a very annoying, disturbing and disgusting sound.

Ordered double bed but got twin. No elevator in the 6th floor, no elevator in basement where the restaurant is.
