Paradise City

Another wonderful visit. Great place to recover from long flight and get accustomed to the new time zoom. Many wonderful places to eat, and tons of activity for kids including an indoor amusement park.

Wow! What a beautiful resort! We actually just came to use Cimer Spa before heading to the airport. We had to drop off our luggage at the hotel front desk and the staff there was so nice and friendly. There was no charge for us to store our luggage there while we enjoyed our time in the Spa. The spa was amazing, we will have to come back again one day and use the pool facilities too. The resort was so clean and family friendly too. We saw parents on car scooters with their children in the mall area as we walked over to the spa. There was even an adorable Sanrio display for the kids (big ones like me too) to take photos at. Definitely recommend!

I booked through Agoda last year and had good memories, so I booked again this year, but the view, location, and room size were completely different, and the hotel's indoor pool was under repair so I couldn't use it, which was disappointing. In addition, the room was not cleaned until after 4 p.m., so I couldn't rest in the room after lunch because of the time difference. This hotel experience was not good, so I don't think I'll come back again.
