Out of all the places I’ve stayed — including many 5-star resorts — this hotel stands out by far when it comes to staff service and hospitality. Everyone here is genuinely warm, always smiling, and consistently going the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A special shout-out to Lorena Cruz in the restaurant, who was particularly attentive and kind. On arrival, we were a few hours early for check-in, so we left our luggage in storage and went off to explore. To our delight, just 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from reception letting us know our room was ready and we could check in early. Such a thoughtful touch! One thing to note — you can’t reserve sun loungers at 6am, as the pool area is cordoned off to prevent early bookings. This does result in a bit of a queue from around 7:30am until the pool opens at 9am — quite a funny sight to watch! Once the gates open, loungers go fast, but don’t worry — staff monitor them closely. If a bed is left unused for too long, towels are removed so that others can enjoy the space. Brilliant system! The entire hotel is spotless, and while the rooms are more 4-star than 5-star, they are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I’m genuinely thrilled with this hotel find. One last mention — to all of the staff: you are what makes this place exceptional. Your dedication and warmth set this hotel apart from anywhere else I’ve been. Thank you — you are amazing!
An excellent holiday from start to finish. Clean, tidy, spacious rooms. Plenty of room around the pools which are maintained to a high standard. Room maids always accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant and bar staff friendly and efficient. Special mention to Juan Carlos Perez - always greeting you with a smile and a chat. And thanks for recommending ‘honey rum’!! Thanks to Cesar Infante for great customer service and going the extra mile.
The whole of the hotel is kept very clean. I didn’t see any litter or dirt anywhere and our rooms were cleaned daily. All the staff were really friendly. The all inclusive drinks were branded drinks. On a morning you had to queue for a sunbed at 9 o’clock but this was to ensure people didn’t get up mega early and reserve them. The entertainment could have been better at night but there was plenty of family friendly bars nearby if you wanted to go out. Entertainment through the day was good and there was a good variety. It is at the top of a big hill which isn’t good for anyone was mobility issues. There are a couple of adult only pools which is a shame at a family hotel and would make more sense been open to everyone. The food was okay. Nothing special but there is enough and it does taste nice. The snack bar is open between meals which means there’s food all day. All in all a great hotel for the money we paid and would definitely recommend.
