Paradise Rooms

Good stay. Staff was helpful. Room in 3rd floor has a great view. Close to delicious restaurants, market, bakery, and shops. My room was well cleaned on arrival. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Note: the marker on Google maps is a little off. Paradise hotel is located about 200 feet closer to the port then what the Google maps marker shows. But if you’re close enough you should be able to see their sign.

Completely unprofessional, we were left without a room upon arrival, phone booking made 2 days before our stay was not honoured! We made a phone reservation on this hotel, on Thursday afternoon 02/06 for a stay starting on 04/06. The woman on the phone took our contact details and did not ask us for a deposit, as (per her words) we would arrive on the day after there next. It was a huge mistake to trust them! Upon arrival on Syros port, we phoned them only to be informed by a man (the owner) that there was no reservation on our name and they were fully booked for the day! We had picked this hotel specifically because it was accessible with an elevator, so we had to rush and find a replacement asap (luckily we managed it due to the low season). Off course after that we did not trust their suggestion to stay in another establishment until something could be found found!

We had a Reservation for Easter. Unfortunately we had to cancel because of the quarentine the government has imposed. We made a deposit of 240 euros. Mr.Fotis gave us back 237 euros because we don't have Alpha Bank. Its not so much the 3 euros but when we talked on the phone he never mentioned he was planning on shorting us the 3 euros. We were planning on visiting this summer if things go back to normal, but because he did it in a sneaky way. No way! You lost a customer because of 3 euros. You are unprofessional! He blamed me for not having Alpha Bank account and for choosing to cancel. LIKE I HAD A CHOICE! Thank you very much for showing what a professional you are!
