If I’m writing this comment today and I’m still residing in the hotel on our vacation , coz of the sweet morning chef ( carmen) I don’t understand well Spanish but she is super kind sweet and caring. I informed her I’m pregnant and everday she makes me well done fresh eggs with a smile. Staff in general very friendly from the reception Ms.Sofia who moved us to seaview and all reception smiling staff. Hotel well established, modern and clean. Breakfast contains variety of options they look fresh. Location 3 mins or less by walking to the beach/shore.

We stayed at Paradiso Garden in a swim-up room, paying €330 per night for one week. While there are many positive aspects, a few key issues significantly impacted our experience, otherwise, this could easily have been a 4 or 5-star stay. The Issues: Tech & Comfort Problems: The Chromecast didn’t work during our stay. Additionally, the beds were essentially rollaway beds, which kept sliding apart and made sleeping quite uncomfortable, but we fixed it by ourselves. Noise & Partying Guests: The biggest problem, however, was the non-stop partying from neighboring rooms - mainly large groups of German partygoers. They were shouting until 2 AM, throwing cans into our private swim-up pool from the upper floors (they have moved out now) and generally being disruptive. We called reception yesterday. We felt that they still was having a party, but with the follow up today with the reception, this party has got a warning, and we hope to be enjoying the last two nights in somehow quite. As a couple seeking relaxation and rest, we felt completely out of place. The hotel would benefit from clearer branding: is this a party hotel, or a peaceful getaway? If the focus is on young party groups, then perhaps they should be placed in a separate area of the hotel. We still have two nights left and sincerely hope things calm down. The Positives: Service: 5/5 Every single staff member has been absolutely wonderful – from reception, to the lobby bar, breakfast team, and cleaning staff. Warm, welcoming, and professional. Food: Excellent! We’ve enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast in particular is fantastic, delicious and open until 1 PM, which is a rare and welcome touch. Pool Area: Relaxing and vibrant. We especially loved the DJ sets on Thursdays and Saturdays. Great atmosphere, fair drink prices, and plenty of sunbeds even if you arrive late. Would We Return? If the hotel addressed the noise and behavior issues, perhaps by assigning a night guard or implementing quiet hours more strictly, then yes, we’d absolutely come back. This place has potential. But as it is now, it’s not ideal for couples seeking rest. We’re not against people having fun, but it crosses a line when guests are running around naked, yelling at girls from balconies, or so drunk they can barely walk. With a bit more structure and control, this could truly be a standout hotel.

The hotel has a modern, stylish design and is very well-maintained. The garden is beautiful, with lush grass and fresh flowers hanging from the rooftops. The lounge chairs in the middle of the property are a lovely touch for relaxing. The staff are okay—neither overly friendly nor rude. They seem to just do their job. A special mention to Klara, who stood out with her warmth and friendliness. She made a positive impression, and I hope the hotel values her. The food was a mixed experience. The first two dinners were vibrant, fresh, and tasted amazing. However, by the third night, the quality started to drop. Today’s lunch was quite disappointing—I paid €15 for fish with vegetables, which looked like it was thrown together without thought. The vegetables were overly oily and inedible. There were no complementary sides like bread or potatoes, and no one came to check on us during the meal, which is standard in most other places. My husband ordered a hamburger that felt too heavy and left us feeling bloated afterward. Unfortunately, we also had to wait 45 minutes for our food—even though we were the only ones in the lounge area. I can't imagine how long the wait will be during high season. Dinner service is consistently slow. We’d arrive at 19:00, wait 10–15 minutes just to place our order (as staff rushed around), then wait another 15–20 minutes for the first dish and a full 45 minutes for the second. Dessert came quickly, thankfully. But when you're dining with a toddler, a 2.5-hour dinner becomes quite a challenge. The Coca-Cola served today was flat, likely poured from an old 2L bottle. Small glass bottles would be a better choice for freshness. A few more notes: The suites on our side of the hotel don’t get any sun. We got very cold at night (end of April) and had to sleep in joggers. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety and fresh seasonal fruit. The location is convenient—close to the beach and well-situated. Final thoughts: 5 stars for the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness, but service and food quality (especially over time) bring the overall experience down. With long wait times and hit-or-miss meals, I recommend exploring other local restaurants for food. A bit more attention to detail and guest comfort could make this hotel truly exceptional.
