Paradisus Cancún All Inclusive

Our stay in Mexico was absolutely amazing! The Paradise cancun resort was truly a highlight – the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. Every part of our experience, from the rooms to the food service, was excellent. The meals were not only delicious but also served with great care and patience. We also had a wonderful time dining at Cappela restaurant. Our waiter, Jesús, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, kind, and served all our dishes exactly as we ordered. Everything we tried was so flavorful and fresh. Overall, the hospitality, food, and service throughout our stay made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Had a great time spending a week long vacation at Paradisus Cancun. The interior of the hotel and the food was better than we were anticipating. Staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Anabel at Flora was an exceptional waitress. The food was fresh, light, and delicious. Abraham and Carina from Ginger were excellent. The Tequila and Mezcal tasting were top notch and I learned a lot about the local drinks. Daniel the entertainment coordinator was great. He planned fun activities everyday and we really enjoyed his energy. Hotel was a bit dated (however they are going to renovate at the end of May for a year) and the pool looked like it needed to be filled up with more water.

The Cappella restaurant was very great! We ate delicious food. I especially loved the cheesecake and the carbonara. Our waiter was fabulous as well. He was so kind and everything came fairly quickly. His name was Claudio. If you get him as your waiter you’ll be in for a wonderful dinner! Overall this was a great time, we even came two of our seven days in Paradisus.
