Stayed here with a friend on a mom’s trip and had an amazing time! Resort is very nice, staff is friendly! Food is amazing. Miguel was always super friendly and helpful! We did an art class and a cooking class! Only part that wasn’t amazing was our room. It was dated, smelled funny and the fridge didn’t work but overall the resort is amazing with wonderful staff and food! Would recommend!

If food is an important part of your trip, I honestly don’t recommend Paradisos Los Cabos. We stayed for 7 nights, and while the hotel has some great qualities, the food and overall "all-inclusive" experience were disappointing. The good parts: The hotel is clean, has a relaxing vibe, and the beach and pool areas are beautiful. Staff were very kind and helpful, and the Cabo Adventures desk staff inside the hotel were nice too (though I’ll review the actual Cabo Adventures experience separately). The bad parts: The resort separates guests based on how much they pay, with different wristbands, access to different restaurants, and even a separate pool. It really didn’t feel like a true all-inclusive. For dinner, there were 3 restaurants (Japanese, Italian, Mexican), but usually only two were open, and the quality overall wasn’t great. The Mexican restaurant was decent, but the others were below average. Lunch had only one option with a limited menu that got repetitive fast. And the breakfast bar was basic. We also booked transportation through the hotel, and although it worked, it wasn’t what we paid for — especially on the return trip. Summary: Nice hotel, great staff, and beautiful views — but if you care about food variety, fair all-inclusive access, or getting full value for what you paid, this place might leave you disappointed.

I traveled with my mother in celebration of her birthday last week. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the Ivan Gutierrez, the concierge manager, who had a connection in the hotel we had stayed at the prior 2 days, and told him we were arriving and to treat us well. He gracefully gave us an upgrade to VIP! My mom had forgotten her charger in the other hotel and asked him to help her retrieve it through his connection. They couldn't find it so he kindly went out of his hotel duties to purchase one and come early the day of our departure to give it to us. He didn't even want to charge us for it. We greatly appreciate how he was so nice and went above and beyond to help us out. He had also seen us at the main pool and recommended us to one of the persons there to get us a nice spot in front of the beach. Carolina also was so sweet, she was able to find a cable to charge my mom's phone. Thank you both sooo much!
