Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive

My husband and I visited Paradisus Palma Real and had a fabulous and relaxing vacation. All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. You can really tell that they just want everyone to fully enjoy their vacation. There were many good activities and restaurants were easy to book. Two people particularly made our stay extra special, Vanessa from the beach bar and Wander from the buffet/snack bar. Both Wander and Vanessa made sure that we wanted for nothing and had the best time. They were so helpful, friendly, and fun, they truly made us feel welcomed and like family. With service like they provided, I would definitely go back and recommend the resort to others.

We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by two incredible staff members during our stay — Rafael at the beach and Harry, our room concierge — and they truly made our vacation unforgettable. Rafael took care of us every single day at the beach, and his service was nothing short of exceptional. He was so attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and felt completely pampered. We celebrated my birthday during the trip, and Rafael went above and beyond by surprising us with champagne and creating a beautiful beach setup that made the day feel even more special. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy will definitely be missed! Harry, our room concierge, was just as amazing. He completely catered to us from the moment we arrived and made my birthday so memorable by decorating our room and surprising us with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. He handled everything with such genuine care and attentiveness — we never had to ask twice for anything. His thoughtful gestures and warm personality made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. These two truly went above and beyond and are a huge part of why our stay was so incredible. We can’t wait to come back and see them again — they are gems of this resort!

The experience at the resort was very pleasant overall. The only issue we encountered was having to wait two days for wash towels. Angelo served us at the pool very pleasantly and friendly. Roseanna at the buffet greeted us with a hug and a smile and we ate at the buffet every day because of her and her partner who daughter birthday was the next after my daughter birthday. Ayaya at the pool who we exercise with and play the cup game Emmanuel when we first got here greeted us with such joy
