Paradisus Playa del Carmen Riviera Maya All Inclusive

At first we had "NOT THE BEST" experience, however the staff were very quick to accommodate. The resort is absolutely amazing and the service is exceptional. I would like to make special mention of a few of the staff members that made our stay more enjoyable. Josy (activities), her attitude is so contagious with how much fun she is. Tiara (personal assistant),always on top of things. Tiara is ready to help and always smiling. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know the lady's name at the egg station in the breakfast buffet, so kind and friendly. Ivan (concierge) made our checkout very pleasant and helped explain our charges and made sure he gave us everything that was coming to us. The staff overall were absolutely AMAZING. I recommend this place to anyone, and I mean anyone. Whether a big family, a couple, friends or special occasion. This place has it all.

We had the most lovely 4 days here! The hotel is breathtaking. It’s mixes the natural terrain and modern hotel seamlessly. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We love the Mexican and hibachi spot! I used the spa and wow it was wonderful the hydro jets and experience entirely was exceptional! I did not want to leave! Graciela was outstanding!!! She was wonderful and attentive. There aren’t enough words to express how great she was!! My kids loved the water park and the pools with the pirate ship! They were so sad to leave we can’t wait to come back

This is a wonderful resort, my family really enjoyed our week long vacation. The staff was friendly and very professional and took great care of my family. My wife and I ate mostly at the Restaurant Hador. We received great friendly service from Ernesto and Carlos. These guys made sure that our dining experience was fantastic. Im going to miss the conversation we had with these two. I recommend if you come to this resort have Ernesto and Carlos as your servers.
