Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa Adults Only

We just got back from a week at Paradisus and it was the best Cuban holiday we've ever had. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and drink selection. We never had a problem finding beach or pool loungers for the day. Staff were amazing! We stayed in an older part of the resort and the room could have used a little updating but it was a spacious suite with two bathrooms, living room, huge balcony and wet bar. The Japanese restaurant was a nice experience. Thank you to Yirenia in the Rock House 24 hour snack bar. She always greeted us attentively and with a smile and provided excellent service. We also loved the piano bar which was an added bonus. The entertainment staff, Kevin and the rest of the team were always good at getting us up for activities. All of the staff in the resort were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was that we had no towels the last day and never did get them, but we packed an extra beach towel which came in handy. The beach was beautiful and you can walk out in waist deep water for a while. We would definitely like to come back in the future. Overall an excellent vacation!

2 days ago came back from Princesa Del Mar. It was 7 days in paradise with my girl friends from work.The resort grounds well maintained and kudos to all gardeners for working hard, but most of the time forgotten to be tipped.Our room was cleaned every morning. Fresh towels, bedding changed and plenty of toilet paper. Thank you "my maid for ever" Miriam in building 6. Plenty of food (for Cuban standards) and variety of drinks. Thank you to Jillena and Demy in the Rock house and to Luba in the buffet who never stopped running with a smile on her face.Pleasant and helpful staff throughout the resort. Special thanks to wonderful and very respectful Loudy and Kevin (Baby) for keeping us entertained and fit with yoga and aqua size in the ocean and royal swimming pool. Safe and gorgeous resort waiting for us to return again even this year. Thank you from Gaby, Cely, Velinka and Anna.

We just returned from this resort! It was our first Cuba experience! The resort is beautiful and very well kept gardens and grounds. The food was decent and always able to find food you like... the drinks were delicious... Loved the Entertainment Team! Gracias to Kevin, Daddy, and Loudy for your continuous summer vibes! Enjoyed the Couples Massage at the spa, and was the best and most relaxing massage I have ever had!!! We have endless activities on the resort, aqua-fit, pool volleyball, dance lessons, pool party, live entertainment show nightly such as singers, cuban dancers(were fun to watch) and restaurants were good. Our only cons are the beds are rock hard(I am a picky sleeper)mattresses were in great shape just a very firm mattress, so had to get used to that. We went in the OFF season so not everything was running and felt empty at times. Mind you we loved the solitude! A few times we did not have water(showering) in our rooms and on resort, but plenty of bottled water was offered. And the resort staff worked hard to get it back up and running. Staff are always friendly and willing to help when needed. The beach was the best!! White sandy beach, lots of tropical fish to see so bring your goggles!! We enjoyed the snorkeling for the first time and it did not disappoint!!! If we go back to Cuba we will definitely return to Paradisus Princess del Mar!!! Gracias for a wonderful experience!!!
